Monitoring - The etherFAX Operations team is closely monitoring Winter Storm Stella and ensuring all preparations are made at our New York data center. In addition to preparations made by the etherFAX team, our colocation provider, Equinix, is also preparing. Generators at the site have been tested and fuel levels verified as full in case of power loss. Additional personnel have been placed on standby and special arrangements have been made to keep them onsite to maintain operability standards.

Verifying - ISP has performed and completed their planned maintenance. Maintenance was started at 2:25am EDT and completed at 2:30am EDT. The primary circuit has been verified as operational and functioning as normal.

Scheduled - Primary ISP will initiate scheduled maintenance in our NY data center. Expected outage is 15 minutes during the window given. etherFAX engineers will fail over connections to our secondary providers. There should be no interruption to customers.
