Our primary ISP in NY1 will be performing an upgrade on their IP platform. They have provided a 6 hour window in which they expect the outage to last 30 minutes or less. During this time etherFAX will update DNS for our service URL to publish the IP of our redundant provider. No impacts should be expected to services since etherFAX is taking proactive measures and updating the DNS record.
