On January 11, 2020, our transactional email vendor will be offline between 1:00am and 7:00am EST (6:00 - 12:00 UTC) for stability and performance improvements. During this time emails containing information regarding connection alerts, inbox alerts, device alerts, and portal password resets will not be operational.
During this window, please ensure that any vital systems are monitored via alternative means not reliant on email alerting from the etherFAX platform.
There will be no impact to the core etherFAX service during this time.
