Fax to Email Received as TIF versus PDF

Resolved

After a routine update of our email publisher service engineers determined that users subscribed to our fax to email services were receiving fax attachments as TIFF versus PDF files. The attachments were named with a .pdf extension causing some viewers to indicate they were corrupt. Users are able to open the files by changing the file extension to a .tiff rather than a .pdf. Engineers performed an update to the address the issue around 15:30 EDT.
