Scheduled
Our primary ISP in NY1 will be performing emergency maintenance on a core router. They have provided a 6 hour window in which they expect the outage to last 30 minutes or less. During this time etherFAX will update DNS for our service URL to publish the IP of our redundant provider. No impacts should be expected to services since etherFAX is taking proactive measures and updating the DNS record. The etherFAX Client and Reseller Portal will be inaccessible during the outage.

With the current Covid-19 situation etherFAX management was in touch with the ISP today to verify that this maintenance is absolutely critical. The ISP verified that it can not be rescheduled due to its emergency classification and criticality.
