Scheduled
etherFAX will be reissuing our SSL certificate which secures communication with our fax service API's. This is in response to the PKI consortium and community’s decision to distrust certificates issued by Symantec’s legacy root certificates which includes GeoTrust, etherFAX’s Certificate Vendor. Most users will not need to make any changes to accept the new certificate, so long as they have somewhat recently updated root bundles.

The new certificate will be validated using the following chain. If required the root and intermediate certificates can be obtained from the following links. Once again, in most cases this will not be required.

Root CA: DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA - Valid from: 11/9/2006 to 11/9/2031 - Download here: https://dl.cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertHighAssuranceEVRootCA.crt

Intermediate CA: GeoTrust EV RSA CA 2018 - Valid from: 11/6/2017 to 11/6/2027 - Download here: https://dl.cacerts.digicert.com/GeoTrustEVRSACA2018.crt
