Maintenance was completed successfully. No connections issues were noted by outside monitoring and customer connections remained steady through the duration of the maintenance.

Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

The server and network team will be adding additional web servers to the service pool during this window. No outages are expected during this time. However, we do expect to see shifts in traffic levels on the existing etherFAX servers as the new web servers enter service and the connection pool rebalances itself.
